    Health/PE classes will meet every other week for a 2 hour time block.  Although we only meet for a small window of time, I hope you will continue to make movement a part of every day.  Get outside and walk, go for a run, play some sports, get a workout, etc.  If you are looking for workout ideas, simply check out workouts I have on canvas.

    Mondays:

    10am-12pm 7th grade 1st Period A

    • 10:00am Class activities begin.  All lessons will be posted on canvas under a distance learning module.
    • You will spend your class time with a combination of physical activities and health related content.
    • Your participation in class activities and submitting assignments within the due dates is essential and will ultimately determine your pass/fail status.  This includes Teams calls/assignments, Live meetings, canvas submissions.
