Slow the spread of COVID-19
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Avoid close contact with others and practice social distancing
- Stay home if you are sick
- Cough into a tissue if available, otherwise cough into your elbow then wash your hands
- Clean and disinfect computers, counters, phone, door knobs, toilet flush handle, slight switches, and other frequently touched surfaces
- Wear a mask if you are going to perform any life essentail activities; this protects others around you from getting sick, and the other person wearing their mask helps you from getting sick
