PLEASE CHOOSE ACTIVITIES FOR EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK, NOT JUST YOUR CHILD'S "P.E." DAY
Hello Students and Families,Good Morning! I have added new activities for week 3 of distance learning. Again I ask that you use any of the activities I have posted for your daily physical activity! The archive for weeks 1 and 2 are below on my page. I will be adding a flipgrid for each day of the week for students who want to send me pics and videos of how AWESOME in ACTION they are in their daily P.E.
A quick reminder that students should be physically active EVERY DAY. Below is the link to my optional fitness challenege for all students grades 3-6.

JUST A REMINDER
I have also created an additional assignment for grades 3-6 called the Grades 3-6 Mega Challenge (the tab just below Distance Learning for 6th Grade). This assignment is a month long fitness challenge utilizing all of the fitness videos I have devloped and published on my teacher site in both the Friday 5min Flex and TITUS 10 sections of my teacher site. I would love all of the students attempting this challenge and would be grateful for any questions and feedback you may concerning the program. Cosmic Kids Yoga
Cosmic Kids Yoga provides a large number of great yoga routines performed in coordination fun stories told by our instructor -Jamie.
Most yoga routines are geared towards beginners and range in time length from 5 to 25 minutes.
