2022-2023 School Year

2^nd Grade

Welcome to Second Grade at Doyle Elementary School!!!  The second-grade teachers are looking forward to a great year filled with fun activities and great learning experiences. We are looking forward to seeing you on the first day of school. For the first day of school you will need to have the following supplies:

• 1 notebook (marbled) with lines
• 1 box of colored pencils or crayons - no more than 24
• 2 large glue sticks
• 1 pair of scissors (child-sized) labeled with your name
• 1 pencil pouch (not a box)
• 12 sharpened#2 pencils, with erasers
• 2 folders (blue and red)
• 1 set of headphones (with microphone optional) for IPad (in a Ziploc bag labeled with your name)
• personal pencil sharpener
• hand sanitizer
• 1 Water bottle with name preferably with a straw lid
• 1 large container of Clorox or Lysol wipes (disinfecting)
• 1 box of tissues

Optional:

• Gallon -size ziplock bags

Thank you for bringing everything in on time.  All item quantities are a projection for the entire year and may need to be replenished as the year progresses.   We are looking forward to an exciting year and we cannot wait to meet you. Enjoy the summer!
