    Dear Sixth Grader,

My name is Miss Zeleznik, and I will be your teacher for the 2019-2020 school year! This is my seventh year teaching, but it is only my second year teaching at Warwick. During my last four years teaching, I taught sixth grade. In addition, I spent my first few years teaching at Kutz, Groveland, Linden, and Buckingham. I am so excited to be a part of the Warwick community and to work with all of you!

When I was a student, I always wanted to know about my teacher. So, I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself. I earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education from Penn State, and I love the Nittany Lions! I am now at Holy Family University to obtain a master's degree in special education. I have always wanted to become a teacher, and I am so happy that my dreams came true when I started teaching in Central Bucks School District. Aside from teaching, I have a cat named Reese, and I love to play with her! I also love to travel! I cannot wait to learn about each of you!

It is always helpful to jump into a new school year with a great independent reading book. Your book should come with you on the first day of school as well! I am looking forward to sharing your successes with you, and helping you in any way that I can. Parents, please feel free to contact me at lzeleznik@cbsd.org with any questions, or to share a little bit about your child with me. I can’t wait to spend the year together!

    Sincerely,

    Miss Zeleznik
