Pennsylvania mandates the following health screenings in High School:

• Vision - all students are tested each year for near and far vision. If your child fails this screening, parent/guardian will receive notification.
• Hearing - all 11th grade students are tested, as well as students with an IEP
• Height/Weight- completed for students in all grades; BMI calculated.  Ht/Wt/BMI informaton available on Parent Portal

Parents may exclude their child from screenings with a written request to the nurse.
