• Social Studies SOCIAL STUDIES

    Our third grade curriculum is centered around the Social Studies Alive program focusing on Our Community and Beyond.  This program broadens students' awareness about the local and global communities in which they live. Students learn the fundamentals of geography and explore different cultures and public service roles.  

     
     
    The students will learn about the following units of study:
    • Basic Geography Literacy
    • People in Their Community
    • Being an Active Member of Our Community
