Welcome to the Attendance Policies and Procedures Page
Central Bucks School District attendance policies conform to the Pennsylvania School Code sections 1326 to 1333 dealing with compulsory school attendance.
“Every child of compulsory school age having a legal residence in this Commonwealth… is required to attend a day school in which the subjects and activities prescribed by the standards of the State Board of Education are taught.”
TO REPORT AN ABSENCE, please leave a message on the Lenape 24 hour Attendance Hotline (267)893-2820. Please include your student's name, grade, date of absence and reason. We would also appreciate a call if your son or daughter will be coming late to school.
FOR APPOINTMENTS OR IF A STUDENT NEEDS TO LEAVE EARLY FOR OTHER REASONS please send a note in the morning with your student. The student should bring the note to the Main office during homeroom to get a yellow pass to leave early. If there's an unplanned appointment, please call our Main office 267-893-2800. We will give a pass to your student to meet you in the office. Please bring a note when you come in to sign out your student.
Absence/Tardy Excuse Note (This note should be given to the homeroom teacher upon the student's return to school after an absence.)
To see your student's attendance record, go to the Parent Portal!
