    Select String Ensemble (select group): Participation in String Ensemble is by audition. This select group performs for a variety of functions including concerts, awards ceremonies, school board meetings, and community events. The Select String Ensemble also performs in the Music Adjudication Festival at Dorney Park in May. Rehearsals are on alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays (whichever is the A day) from 2:30pm - 3:45pm. 

     

    Select Strings Attendance Policy

    Weekly attendance is expected at String Ensemble rehearsals. Students CAN participate in multiple after-school activities, including sports & other music ensembles. Continued participation in String Ensemble is contingent on consistent attendance. It is up to students to initiate conversation with Mrs. Repper about how time will be split between String Ensemble and the other activity. We are always able to work out a solution when it is discussed ahead of time.
