  • On Tiny Tap, under Best Authors I have an issue. When students attempt to download a book to read,

    Posted by:

The Tiny Tap app was purchased as a creation app and for whiteboard purposes. When you download the “free” files, they tend to take up a great deal of space on the iPad. With all of our apps and students taking pics/making videos, it was creates a storage issue. Also, as the content can be modified and we are hesitant to recommend using this feature as you always have to check to make sure it is appropriate for all students.

  • Do I need the iTunes password?

    Posted by:

If a pop-up happens on an iPad asking for the iTunes password, you can put in a ticket for the BCS tech and they will come and enter it.  You not buy non-approved itmes from the app store with your own account.

    Posted by:

    1. Go to the App Store on your iPad.
    2. Once in the App Store, look at the bottom of the page.  You will see several possible choices to tap on: Featured, Top Charts, Explore, Purchased, and Updates.  Tap on purchased.
    3. Any apps that have not yet downloaded to your iPads will show a “cloud” icon next to them.  Tap on this icon to download the missing apps to the student iPads.
