ALL ABOUT
MRS. ENGART

Hi! My name is Mrs. Engart and this is my 22nd year teaching health and physical education in Central Bucks School District. I am excited to be teaching at both Butler and Warwick Elementary Schools this year.  It is going to be a fun year. It will be full of learning and new adventures! I cannot wait to learn more about all of you this school year. Here are few things about me.

I grew up in Roslyn, Pa and went through Abington School District. I played field hockey, soccer and softball in high school.  I majored in Health and Physical Education and Health Science/Athletic Training at Lock Haven University.

I have two children. My son, Harrison, is 18 years old and is a freshman at Marywood University in Scranton, Pa. My daughter, Abigail, is 16 and is in 11th grade at Upper Moreland High School.  In October, my husband and I will celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. As a family, our favorite places to go  are Ocean City, New Jersey and Disney World. We also enjoy hiking and camping.

I have been teaching for 22 years in CB and absolutely love it. Butler Elementary has been my home school for all 22 years, but I have also taught at Gayman, Cold Spring, Jamison, Groveland, Buckingham, Mill Creek, and Doyle. This is my first time teaching at Warwick Elementary.

I love exercising! It is the best feeling in the world after a great workout. I enjoy running, swimming and hiking.  I also have fun playing soccer, ultimate frisbee and volleyball with my family.  Staying active is very important to me as well as eating healthy.

I am so excited to be your PE teacher this school year! I cannot wait to start another school year with all of you! Even though this year looks different and I will be teaching PE in your classrooms, we will still learn a lot, be physically active and have fun in gym class.
