    ANNUAL STUDENT INFORMATION UPDATE

     

    Each year, the Central Bucks School District asks our families to fill out a Student Information Update.

    We are asking that you complete your family’s Student Information Update online as soon as you receive the email that the form is available to complete, usually in the summer.

    The online form will ask you to confirm and/or update the following:

    • Demographic Information
    • Emergency Contacts
    • Health Information, including permission for emergency care and administration of Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Tums and Benadryl
    • Media Release Preferences

    Go to your Parent Portal account to complete this form.
