Meet our classroom friends

Darwinna is our five year old guinea pig.  She is very sweet and likes to eat honeycombs or life cereal as well as jewelry.  She especially likes diamonds.  A girl after my own heart!

Pixie and Cosmo are our class birds.  Pixie (the blue parrolett) was actually found on the outer walls of Unami around three years ago.  Pixie was rather beaten up when she was found so we nursed her back to health and now she lives with us in our classroom.  Cosmo is the white parakeet.  We decided that Pixie needed a friend and Cosmo was the perfect fit for her.  They are great friends and we are so happy to have them both!

Our Newest addition is a bunny named Ace.  Believe it or not, Ace is potty trained so he is able to walk around the classroom everyday at will.  We just leave the cage door open for him and he comes and goes as he pleases. 

WE ARE ALL JUST ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY!
