| 1935 | High school instruction was not automatic - students had to apply, parents had to pay tuition, and the high school attended was chosen by the parents. Doylestown had a reputation for having an excellent high school even then - some students traveled as far away as Philadelphia. The electric tram ran all the way from Philadelphia to Doylestown along route 611. |
| 1945 | Warrington Parent Teacher Association met to announce new officers, the treasury balance: $125.19. |
| 1946 | Warrington Township School District advertised its proposal to increase its debt (at a low $7,000) for the purpose of purchase and acquisition of any proper grounds for a school building or any land additional to any present school sites or grounds and the erection, equipment and furnishing of a school building within the School District. (Signed by Florence D. Titus - President of the Board of School Directors. |
| 4/21/1949 | At a Warrington Township Parent Teacher Association meeting, it was announced that plans were being pushed by the board for construction of the school building in the Barness Road section of route 611. |
| 6/16/1949 | Warrington Township School Board set in motion plans for construction of the new school: a six-room building with cafeteria. |
| 8/1/1949 | Warrington Township advertised for bids for the new school with bid opening scheduled for Tuesday, July 26, 1949. |
| 8/1/1949 | Warrington Township School Board was forced to reject bids received for the new school. The lowest big exceeded the borrowing capability of the district |
| 1950 | Bids for the new school were opened and approved with occupancy for September 1951. |
| 1951 | The new Warrington School was dedicated with praise to all involved - while mention was made that, "The school is so designed that another wing may be added when conditions warrant." |
| 1951 | Principle Max McComb reported the enrollment of 341 at the new Titus Elementary School to the meeting of the Warrington School Board. |
| 1955 | The first addition: the middle wing with six classrooms, corridor, storage and office. |
| 1957 | The second addition: the East wing with six classrooms, staff room, music, storage and corridor. |
| 1962 | New central entry into the building, main office and addition of kitchen storage area on West side. |
| 1965 | Warrington Township Elementary schools were to open Thursday, September 10 with lunch served that day. All the sixth and some of the fifth grade students will be attending Mill Creek which had been prepared with fresh paint, indoor lavatories and water coolers, until the well water was approved. Four buses were transporting the students to and from the school. |
| 1965 | In 1965, a paddle was used to discipline students - misbehaving students were sent to the principal's office and he applied the corrective measure. |
| 1975 | Forty parents from Titus petitioned the School board for construction of an all-purpose room for gymnasium activities and an auditorium. |
| 1976 | The secret shop was the focus of holiday shopping with over 2500 gift items collected for student bargain hunting. |
| 1977 | Film strips developed and constructed by the students were part of curriculum in the forth grade! |
| 1978 | Construction on an addition to Titus began with ground breaking for the new all-purpose room for music instruction, special programs and physical education. |
| 1979 | Multi-Purpose room addition, bathrooms, and itinerant teacher office. |
| 1990 | The Northwest Wing, the E wing addition including nine classrooms, connecting corridors, a new Library and Computer Lab. |
| 1991 | Titus students made a quilt and donated it to the school library where it still hangs! |
| 1991 | The Playground Project, - was collaborative effort between the Titus HSA, Warrington Township, and the school district. HSA bought the equipment, the district did the site preparation, ground leveling, railroad ties and mulch and the Township did the installation of the equipment. Dedication was in September of 1991, at which time the student population was just over 300. |
| 1994 | Solar Eclipse? It doesn't happen often, and the students at Titus learned how to safely observe the phenomenon using pinhole boxes. |
| 1994 | The first modular classrooms were installed |
| 1995 | More modular classrooms were installed. |
| 1996 | More modular classrooms were installed. |
| 1998 | Old modular classrooms were removed, new modular classrooms were added |
| 1998 | MAJOR renovation in all wings. |
| 1999 | More modular classrooms |
| 2000 | All modular classrooms are removed |
| 2002 | Redoing front of the building, adding new office spaces and eight new classrooms. |
