1. If you receive an error message when trying to open a PDF (one that basically says you can't open the file in your browser), hit 'Cancel' and it should open.

 2. PRINTING TIPS-- PDF PowerPoint Multi-Slide Presentation:

1. In the Print dialog box, find the Page Handling section (about halfway down)
2. Go to Page Scaling. Select "Multiple Pages Per Sheet" from the dropdown
3. Go to Pages Per Sheet. Select the number of slides you want to print on each page from the dropdown (6 is usually a safe bet because the font is still readable)
4. If you wish to print in black and white (to save color ink): check the box near the bottom that says "Print Color as Black" which will print it in black and white.
5. Hit Print.
