http://edublogs.org is recommended for classroom blogging.  Please follow the directions below to set-up a CB Edublogs account.

Step 1--> Read the guidelines below, then move on to Step 2.

CB Blogging Guidelines K-12 

• Student’s last names should not be used.
  
  
• Blog topics should clearly focus on classroom assignments and objectives.

• Edublogs must be set up so that all student comments first come to you as the teacher for approval before the post can be seen by others(see screencast for directions).
  

  Additional K-6 Blogging Guidelines
In addition to the K-12 guidelines, k-6 teachers must adhere to the following:

• Parents need to sign permission letters indicating that their child has permission to participate (Sample Here)
  
  
• The Edublog password feature must be used ( see screencast for directions). 

Step 2--> If you have not already done so, create a "Free" edublogs account ( see directions) and then CB will upgrade your blog to a "Pro" account.

Step 3--> Complete this form. You will be prompted to log-in and you must use your ad\CB Username and password.

Step 4--> Email jjaffe@cbsd.org so that we know you have completed the Edublog request form.
