February 25, 2011 Kelly Mazeroski |
 |
 |
| Former Pine Run teacher and author, Kelly Mazeroski, shared her book, "Maz, You're Up!" with students and teachers. Mrs. Mazeroski based her book on a family story about her father-in-law, Bill Mazeroski, who hit a World Series winning homerun for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1960. Mrs. Mazeroski reminded students that the best writing comes from writing about what you know as well as careful research, rewriting and editing. |
