Junior Physicals due October 15, 2011
All juniors are required to submit a physical exam form to the nurse' s office by October 15, 2011. Physical exam forms can be found on the Central Bucks School District website under Parent Resources. Current PIAA athletic forms turned in to the athletic director meet this requirement. If you have any questions regarding your child's physical, please contact the nurse's office at 267 893-2325. If the physical form is not turned in, this will be an obligation.

Students please produce an excuse note, email, fax or phone call within 3 school days of an absence - Students who miss the 3-day grace period will be assigned detentions. Repeated unlawful absences may result in more serious consequences. The attendance phone number is 215 794-6931.
Obligations
Please be sure all obligations (detentions, fines, etc.) are fullfilled. Detentions can be served after school M-Th from 2:45-4:45. Please contact Mr. Hadfield if you have questions.
