Who Qualifies?

Who should be included in a collection of famous Pennsylvanians? Very few people have spent their entire lives in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. People included in this site have one or more of the following qualifications:

        1. Born in Pennsylvania
        2. Grew up in Pennsylvania
        3. Lived and worked in Pennsylvania as an adult
        4. Is buried in Pennsylvania

Some people can be claimed, with justification, by more than one state. Benjamin Franklin, though he is thought of as a man of Philadelphia, was born in Massachusetts. Louisa May Alcott, who is associated with Massachusetts, was actually born in Philadelphia. I apologize to any state whose famous person I have commandeered, and hope that no one minds sharing.
