    • What is Mix It Up at Lunch Day?

Just what is Mix It Up at Lunch Day?A national campaign launched by Teaching Tolerance  twelve years ago, Mix It Up at Lunch Day encourages students to identify, question and cross social boundaries.

In our surveys, students have identified the cafeteria as the place where divisions are most clearly drawn. So on one day – October 28 this school year – we ask students to move out of their comfort zones and connect with someone new over lunch. It’s a simple act with profound implications. Studies have shown that interactions across group lines can help reduce prejudice. When students interact with those who are different from them, biases and misperceptions can fall away.

    • Report Card Information

Effective with the 2014-2015 school year, secondary school parents will be able to view, print and/or save their child's report card directly from the Parent Portal.  Printed report cards will not be sent home with students.  Parents will be able to view report cards for middle and/or high school students for the 1st marking period on November 12th at 8:00AM.  For parent convenience, we will announce future report cards dates at the conclusion of each subsequent marking period on the school website.

If you need help setting up a Parent Portal account, please contact the guidance office at 267-893-2710.  If you do not have internet access, please contact the guidance office.
