District Assessments

Students are required to complete a variety of performance assessments and examinations to demonstrate proficiency in the Pennsylvania state social studies standards.

Grade 7

	Renaissance person project
	World geography assessment
	Civilizations assessment

Grade 8

	Pennsylvania historical assessment
	Government assessment
	Midterm and final examinations, including objective questions and essays

Grade 9

	Westward expansion assessment
	Time capsule assessment
	Midterm and final examinations, including objective questions and essays

Grade 10-12

	Final examinations in all Academic, Honors and AP courses, including objective questions and essays.
	Performance assessments in all courses. These include projects, reports, essays, and other activities.
