Adult Water Aerobics at East High School

Aerobics will return Spring 2013

Water aerobics is one of the most effective and gentle ways to exercise your whole body.  This class balances cardiovascular condition, along with muscle strengthening, toning and flexibility with great moves and fun music.  There are both deep and shallow water exercises.
