This course is open to students in all grades who want to pursue work on the potter's wheel, advanced hand building, and ceramic sculpture.  Students will have the opportunity to design and initiate projects in these areas.  Glazing will be emphasized, including some glaze theory.  Art History, Criticism, and Philosophy will be included in a multicultural context.
